	Making A Request to Purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and add any items that you wish to order into the shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked to fill in an information form to complete the order. CANADIAN ORDERES ONLY All items will be shipped to the TNT Golf Dealer of your choice for payment and pick up. If no TNT Dealer is chosen head office will assign the closest TNT dealer to the order. You will receive confirmation that your order was delivered via e-mail to head office and is being processed, it does not indicate that a contract for purchase exists. If pricing has changed and/or goods are no longer available you will be contacted. For international orders payment must be processed before shipping. TERMINATION OF ORDER You understand and agree that Torkos Brothers-TNT Golf may, in its sole discretion and at any time, terminate and remove any order submitted by you, for any reason. You understand and agree that Torkos Brothers-TNT Golf may take any one or more of these actions without prior notice to you. You understand and agree that Torkos Brothers– TNT Golf shall not have any liability to you or any other person for any termination of your order and/or the removal of information concerning your order. DELIVERY SCHEDULE Orders will be processed in approximately 5 business days. If it cannot be sent within that time frame you will be contacted. BACK ORDERS If your item is not in stock you will be emailed with the option to cancel or substitute the backordered item with another product. TAX CHARGES For orders shipped within Canada you will be charged 6% GST. All orders shipped to Ontario Canada will include 8% PST tax. SECURITY When an request is placed at our website, all information is stored on our servers using 128 bit encryption. GUARANTEE All products are under warranty for one year from purchase date. COPYRIGHT AND LICENSES The entire contents of the site are copyrighted by Torkos Brothers under international copyright laws. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use. Any other copying, redistribution, retransmission or publication of any downloaded material, is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Torkos Brothers or any third party information provider to the site. You agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.
